Our purchasing department goes to great lengths to find the highest quality, highest yield products possible for our customers. We know that to earn and keep you as a customer, in a dollar driven industry, that we must work just a bit harder than the "next guy". All of the toner and inkjet cartridges that we provide are either new compatible or factory remanufactured cartridges. Each order page states whether it is new compatible or factory remanufactured and you have our word that quality always comes first at OSO! And don't forget that we stand behind all of your purchases 100% with our Triple Protection Guarantee. Below is a description of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), New Compatible and Factory Remanufactured, that we hope you will find useful.
New OEM Cartridges New OEM cartridges carry the brand name of your printer manufacturer and are sold new cartridges. But read the fine print on their box and you will see that your toner cartridge was made with new and recycled parts. And then take a peek at the price tag for your OEM cartridge!
New Compatible Cartridges Our new compatible cartridges are produced by a manufacturer other than your printer manufacturer and like the OEM, are manufactured with new and recycled parts. The percentage of new vs. recycled parts varies from model to model. In some cases, the only parts reused are the outside casing. Our new premium compatibles are produced under stringent quality controls and are built to meet or exceed your OEM's specifications. This means simply that our new compatibles deliver the highest quality print as well as the longest possible life and at a fraction of the cost of an OEM and produce an environmental benefit since the case is always reused.
Factory Remanufactured Cartridges Our factory remanufactured cartridges are normally produced using cartridges that have never been refilled. They are filled to capacity with the same type of high quality inks the OEM's use. These cartridges are produced with confidence and are strictly monitored for quality control. Each cartridge is cleaned ultrasonically inside and out. All remaining ink is thoroughly flushed from the cartridge and they are bathed in a cleaning solvent. To properly refill a cartridge there must be a measurable balance between ink flow, vacuum and pressure. Very high tech refilling machines are used to accomplish this task properly. The results are a premium remanufactured cartridge that delivers the highest quality prints and the longest possible life. And check out our savings! |
